The past weekend I was trying to build my first course for mogul skiing.

Some impressions from my technique course in Nendaz last week β was a success. But still, much left to learn for next season...

Took the day off and tested my new ECHT v1 ski π¦πΉ
This week I learned the nose/tail turns and how to combine them with a switch turn.
Our giant slalom was not that βgiantβ, but fun nonetheless. The distance between the gates was around 20m with one change of rhythm (βbanana gateβ). The banana gate was required to follow the course on the other side of the hill (long traverse) with respect to the maximum gate distance (~20m).
Today I learned how to ski switch with parallel turns. I learned it from βthe proβ.

It's a lot of fun. Just be careful not to crash into something or with someone π€
Today we practiced carved turns.

We made some footage of my colleagues as well which was very helpful to compare our different styles (and mistakes π€ͺ).
This is what it should look like: π¬ https://www.snowsports.ch/de/extranet/pruefungsvideos-ski.html
I made some notes below, so I can work on these issues. Really looking forward to the training camp πͺ next week to improve these points.
Can you find out which video features which technique?
